How can I return the defective item?
Sometime, there might be unexpected event where the product is not as described or possess hidden issues which we do not realize. The customer can contact us to arrange for the return. Once the item has been return, a full refund will be issued. The return shipping fees will be credited as store credit where it can be used as discount for the next purchase.
How can I make an offer or negotiate the price?
For items in category "For parts or repair", the customers are welcome to make an offer through email. Once we accept the offer, the item price will be adjusted for 12 hours before it will change back to the original listed price. We will not be taken responsible in the case where another customer happen to make the purchase during this adjusted price period before the first customer who fail to complete the transaction in time.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payment through Googlecheckout System. For USA customer, we will also accept Money Order and Personal Check (ship 3 business days after the check has been cleared). For Paypal, we will accept payment that is funded by Paypal balance or Instant Bank Transfer (no Credit Card). If the customer has to pay with Paypal credit card, an additional 4.25% will be added to the invoice.
How can I be sure that I will not get burn buying from you?
